Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order through Wejersey, you agree to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to the (United States) country.
A. 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN LABEL
Don’t worry—our packages don’t include return label. Just reach out to [email protected], and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.
C. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please include the following information in your return request:
+ Order number and full name
+ Proof of purchase (Order information Screenshot)
+ Reasons for return
+ To make the process as smooth as possible, please attach a video or photo of the defective or damaged product as proof for a refund or replacement.
👉 For sizing-related concerns: If you believe the size is incorrect, please measure the product according to the instructions provided by our support team and send us clear photos of the measurements. This helps us verify the issue with the factory and proceed with an exchange or refund if applicable.
Important: All returns and refunds must go through our support team. Please be sure to contact us first and receive confirmation before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Once we received and confirmed your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note that, relying on your bank or credit card company will take another 3-5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.
D. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To process your request, you’ll need to provide photo or video evidence showing the issue.
Our support team will review your case and coordinate with our production partner. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or the wrong product/size was sent, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost. In the rare event that the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead.
E. EXCHANGES
All of our products are custom, made-to-order, and embroidered items, which means we can only accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
- The wrong item or size was sent
- The product is defective or damaged
Because of this, we kindly ask that customers carefully review all order details before checking out. If you notice an error in your order, please contact our support team within 12 hours of purchase so we can help update the information.
Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item, size, or design
- Sale items and gift cards
- Contacting us more than 30 days after receiving the order
👉 If you ordered the wrong item but would like to receive the correct one, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] for assistance. A new order will need to be placed, which will include extra costs (such as new production and shipping fees). The final price will depend on the size and style, and will be confirmed directly by our support team. In this case, you may keep the original item you ordered — no return shipment required.
F. RETURN SHIPPING COST
We only accept returns or exchanges in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these situations, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees when the return or exchange is due to our error.
G. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it will be issued within 7 days and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
H. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, it must be canceled within 12 hours of the order placement, in which case we will provide you with a full refund. Cancellations after that time may be treated as a “Change of Mind” return.
Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss. Thanks for your kind understanding.
